Andy Stangenberg, President & CEO
With over 19 years of experience in the operational field of the service industry in six different countries, Stangenberg developed a tremendous understanding of how to identify the needs of service-oriented businesses. He taught the school of service in many countries and owned and operated private wine schools in Aruba and Maui. His experience as an executive hotel director required him to play a constant role as a trainer understanding how to reach employees on all levels. His upbeat and motivational style of facilitating has influenced employees in all areas of hotel operations. Stangenberg has received numerous leadership awards and was used by a world leading resort in Hawaii as the master trainer, responsible for employee development. Stangenberg facilitates fluently in English and German.

Michele Y. Brooks, Vice President of Training & Development
Brooks has over 20 years of experience in the service industry with a strong background in human resources and employee development. Her design and development of customized training programs have been used by leading hotel companies throughout the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean. She specializes in educational programs focused on cultural diversity. With her experience as a Regional Director of Training, she was responsible for designing, implementing and facilitating customized training programs at over 130 luxury hotels on an international level. Her creative and motivational approach to coaching has reached thousands of employees and made a tremendous impact on their performance. Brooks is a Master Trainer, able to facilitate in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.

Willie Dickey, Vice President of Operations
With over 22 years of experience in the field of education and consulting, Dickey's strong motivational background led him to lecture at over 100 Universities and National Educational Facilities. He is recognized as a national lecturer and has shared his knowledge and expertise with thousands of students, including, but not limited to, Harvard University, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Princeton University and the University of Virginia. Dickey served as the head of Student Affairs at Keystone College for over six years. He is an accomplished writer and has published books in the field of education. He has founded several successful educational companies including ROE-INCC, specializing in youth empowerment and development. Dickey's strengths include business management and human resources.
